The Consultation

I offer a free initial consultation which involves asking questions about your life history and discussing your therapeutic goals. It is also a chance to ask any questions and determine whether hypnotherapy is the right approach for you.

I accept payment via bank transfer, cheque or cash.

Terms & conditions

Minimum commitment is two hypnotherapy sessions except when undertaking the one stop smoking cessation session. Payment is required in advance for all sessions. Cancellation policy applies.

Therapy room

As a holistic practitioner, I work at resolving the underlying cause of your issue but it will depend on the complexity of the issue, the severity of the problem and your therapeutic goals. I will be able to give you an idea of the number of sessions required following the consultation but in general, most clients coming for analytical hypnotherapy require 6-8 sessions. For suggestion therapy, usually clients only require 2-3 sessions as a general rule.

Hypnotherapy is a very powerful and effective therapy in reducing and removing symptoms or behaviours. However, results may vary in clients and are subject to a number of factors such as client responsiveness to treatment and the client's ability to follow advice and make any changes.

Suggestion therapy sessions can be recorded (subject to client consent) and a copy will be emailed to the client. This enables the client to listen to the recording in between sessions to reinforce the therapy work already completed.
